§ 9-13 Tenancy by sufferance. If land or tenements be held in said City by tenancy at will, at sufferance or per autre vie, the notice required to be given by Section 9-14 by the landlord or reversioner to the tenant or occupant shall terminate such tenancy at the expiration of such notice.
