Sec. 28-543. - Transitional provisions. (a) Sections 28-521, 28-522, 28-523, 28-524, 28-527, 28-528, 28-530, 28-531, 28-532, 28-533, 28-534, 28-535, 28-537, 28-538, 28-540, 28-542, and 28-543 of this Code apply to towers constructed, placed, or altered after December 11, 1991. (b) Sections 28-525, 28-529, 28-536, 28-539, and 28-541 of this Code apply to towers constructed, placed, or altered after April 8, 1998.
