56:2037. Rules and regulations The commission will develop rules and regulations to promote and facilitate the purposes of this Chapter including lighting of any artificial reef, minimizing environmental risks and risks to personal public health and property and any other rules and regulations consistent with the purposes of this Chapter and which are consistent with and subject to the Louisiana Fishing Enhancement Act, R.S. 56:639.1 et seq. Acts 1991, No. 179, §1, eff. July 2, 1991.
