SEC. 91.8105. ILLEGAL BUILDINGS, CONSTRUCTION AND USE. (Added by Ord. No. 171,175, Eff. 7/25/96.) Every existing building, structure or portion thereof constructed without a building permit shall be made to conform to the provisions of this Code or shall be demolished and removed. Any use or occupancy existing in a building without authorization of a building permit shall be discontinued and removed or shall be made to conform to the provisions of this Code.
