Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 5-6 Small brewer samples.

§ 5-6. - Small brewer samples. A small brewer license shall authorize the licensee to serve free samples of beer produced by the licensee to visitors 21 years of age or older. For purposes of this section, no visitor may sample more than a total of 12 fluid ounces of beer per day. No visitor under 21 years of age shall be permitted to enter a designated sampling area when samples are being distributed or consumed. Sales and sampling may only occur between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. (Ord. No. 26047, § 2, 11-20-18)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 5-7 Distiller samples.

§ 5-7. - Distiller samples. A distiller license shall authorize the licensee to serve free samples of spirits produced only by the licensee to visitors 21 years of age and older. For purposes of this section, no visitor may sample more than a total of three fluid ounces of spirits per day. No visitor under 21 years of age shall be permitted to enter a designated sampling area when samples are being distributed and consumed. Samples may only be distributed or consumed between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. (Ord. No. 26047, § 2, 11-20-18)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 5-8 Winemaker samples.

§ 5-8. - Winemaker samples. A winemaker license shall authorize the licensee to serve free samples of wine produced at the winery to visitors 21 years of age and older and to serve free samples of wine produced at the winery at public events such as festivals and trade shows. For purposes of this section, no visitor may sample more than a total of six fluid ounces of wine per day. No visitor under 21 years of age shall be permitted to enter a designated sampling area when samples are being distributed and consumed. (Ord. No. 26047, § 2, 11-20-18)
