§ 29-162. - Boiler contractor license and registration. No person shall engage in the business of boiler contractor, or advertise any title or description tending to convey the impression that he/she is in said business within the City, unless that person possesses a State license as a boiler contractor (ISR) as required by State law. Boiler contractors shall register the State boiler license with the Supervisor of Licenses and obtain the appropriate City registration. (Ord. No. 25053, § 2, 12-16-14, eff. 3-16-15)
