Las Vegas Municipal Code § 3.04.010 Adoption by reference.

3.04.010 - Adoption by reference. A certain document, three copies of which are on file in the Office of the Clerk and designated as the Civil Service Rules, as revised and approved by the Civil Service Board on June 22, 1992, is herby adopted by reference and made part of this Chapter as if the same were fully set forth herein. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 3.04.020 Board—Eligibility after service.

3.04.020 - Board—Eligibility after service. No incumbent or former member of the Board of Civil Service Trustees who has served at least two consecutive full terms shall be eligible for appointment to a further term until at least two years have elapsed since the expiration of his or her current term or most recent term, as the case may be. Members of the Board serve at the pleasure of the City Council. (Ord. No. 6832, § 8, 3-1-23; Ord. 3311 §§ 3, 4, 1987)

Las Vegas Municipal Code § 3.04.030 Board—Compensation.

3.04.030 - Board—Compensation. Each member of the Board of Civil Service Trustees shall receive from the City, as and for compensation for his or her services thereon, the sum of fifty dollars for each meeting of the Board that he or she actually attends. (Ord. 3311 §§ 4, 5, 1987)
