Sec. 645-432. - Permit application. Any person desiring a permit required by this division shall cause an application therefor to be filed with the division of construction and business services. The application shall be filed by the owner of such premises, or by his or her legal representative or agent, or by the contractor or other person concerned, or as may be otherwise required by this Code or by any statute.
