Sec. 38-98. - Evasion of admission fee at place of entertainment or assembly. It shall be unlawful for any person to gain admission or entrance into, or to attempt to gain admission or entrance into, any place of lawful assembly, amusement, entertainment or exhibition where an admission or entrance fee is charged, without paying the prescribed admission or entrance fee, except upon invitation of the management of such place of assembly, amusement, entertainment or exhibition.
