Sec. 875-404. - Meetings of board. The board shall hold regular meetings once each month in offices of the department of metropolitan development if there are one (1) or more applications for licenses pending or other official business to come before the board. Special meetings may be called by the chairman or any two (2) members upon giving written notice fixing the time and place of the meeting at least two (2) days in advance of the special meeting. Three (3) appointed members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of all business. (G.O. 95, 1994, § 1)
