SEC. 8A-7. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF INFORMATION. The licensee shall notify the director within 10 days after any material change in the information contained in the application for a license to operate a boarding home facility, including any change in ownership or operation of the property, any new criminal convictions or charges brought against a boarding home facility's owners, operators, employees, or volunteers and any new categories of disabilities served by the boarding home facility.
