§ 27-16. Penalties. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 or imprisonment in jail not exceeding 90 days, or both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
