11-4-1050 Discharges of clean waters. Wherever possible clean waters from air conditioning, cooling or condensing systems or from swimming pools or clean waters resulting from pretreatment of industrial wastes shall be discharged into a storm sewer, combined sewer or natural outlet approved by the commissioner or the commissioner of buildings.
