§ 24-554 SWPPP to be retained on site. A copy of the SWPPP shall be retained at the site of the project from the date of initiation of development activities to the date of termination of the project as determined in accordance with the rules of the department and shall be made available to officers and employees of the department and/or qualified inspectors authorized by the department in accordance with the rules of the department.
