908.00 - Authority to Enforce. The authority to investigate and issue civil citations for violating provisions of Chapters 902, 903, 905, and 906 of this Title shall be vested in enforcement personnel designated by the Director. The Director may promulgate reasonable rules and regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. No. 1984-2023, § 1, 7-31-2023)
