in effect20.02.1160 - Yard.
"Yard" means that part of a lot at grade between a building and the adjoining lot lines, unoccupied and unobstructed by any portion of a structure from the ground upward to the sky, except for permitted projections from the ground such as landscaping, fencing or walls.
