10.56.040 - Pool halls and billiard rooms—Allowing presence. It shall be unlawful for any licensee, proprietor, keeper, person in charge, or employee of any pool ball or billiard room knowingly to allow or permit any person to visit, frequent, be present in or loiter around such establishment in violation of Section 10.56.030.
