3312.31 - Parking space for ADA compliance. The Department of Public Service may maintain a striping and signage policy for ADA parking spaces that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Ohio Building Code. Parking spaces for ADA compliance shall meet the requirements of the Ohio Building Code and any departmental policy.
