32.708. Adjutant general and assistant adjutants general; bonds, amounts, premiums, filing. Sec. 308. The adjutant general shall give bond in the sum of $25,000.00 to the state conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties. The assistant adjutants general shall give like bond in the sum of $10,000.00. If a surety bond is given, the premiums shall be paid out of funds appropriated for the premiums. The bonds shall be filed with the state treasurer. 1967, Act 150, Imd. Eff. June 30, 1967
