Sec. 470.302. - Certificate of eligibility. Any person may apply in writing to the Director for a determination that a particular parcel of land is or is not eligible for septic tank system use. The Director shall inquire into the relevant considerations under this Chapter, and if he determines that the property is eligible, shall issue a certificate of eligibility, stating thereon such terms and conditions as are necessary to comply with this Chapter. After issuance, the Director shall be required to issue a septic tank installation permit for the property upon application within six months and compliance with the terms and conditions of the certificate of eligibility and other requirements of this Chapter.
