1794. Solidary obligation for obligors An obligation is solidary for the obligors when each obligor is liable for the whole performance. A performance rendered by one of the solidary obligors relieves the others of liability toward the obligee. Acts 1984, No. 331, §1, eff. Jan. 1, 1985.
