§ 17-7. Penalties. (a) Cruising. (1) A person who violates § 17-5(a) of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $200. (2) Violations of § 17-5(a) of this subtitle may be enforced by citation under Maryland Rule 4-201(b)(3). (b) Stopping. etc. A person who violates § 17-5(b) of this subtitle is guilty of a parking violation punishable by a fine of $50. (Ord. 97-169.)
