Sec. 6.59. Description of Work by Reference. In all ordinances, notices, orders, resolutions, and determinations subsequent to the Ordinance of Intention, a description of the work or improvement by reference to the Ordinance of Intention shall be sufficient, and a brief description in general terms of the work or improvement in the Ordinance of Intention referring to plans, profiles, and specifications therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer, shall be sufficient.
