§ 29-85. - Transfer, assignment, or loaning of registration prohibited. No certificate of registration issued under this article shall be transferred or assigned. The holder of a registration shall not loan the registration, nor shall the certificate holder obtain permits for any other person or entity to do mechanical work. (Ord.
