§ 63-13 Vehicle Equipment – Trip Sheet. An Agent must not dispatch a Taxicab unless all of the following are present in the Taxicab: (a) An operable Technology System. (b) The TLC Drives License. (c) The Rate Card, in a frame next to the frame for the TLC Driver License. (d) An insurance card or copy, unless the owner is self-insured and has noted this fact on the Rate Card.
