Sec. 10-105. - Window openings near viaducts. Hereafter no window openings shall be installed in a wall in any existing building or any building hereafter erected below the floor level of a viaduct when such wall faces and is within twenty (20) feet of a viaduct, unless the sash of such windows is of steel and glazed with wire glass and unless such window openings are equipped with automatic sprinklers installed in an approved manner. (Code 1950, § 378.5)
