560.112a. Preliminary plat; submission of copies to officer or agency; review and action; time period. Sec. 112a. After the tentative approval by the governing body under section 112, the proprietor shall submit copies of a preliminary plat to each officer or agency entitled to receive those copies under sections 113 to 118 for their simultaneous review and action within the 30-day time period prescribed in sections 113 to 118.
