§ 143B-815.  Juvenile facilities. In order to provide any juvenile in a juvenile facility with appropriate treatment according to that juvenile’s need, the Division shall be responsible for the administration of statewide educational, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, social, medical, vocational, and recreational services or programs.
