§ 9-4. Penalties. Any person who violates this subtitle, upon conviction, is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of no more than $250 or to imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or to both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. (Ord. 79-1191.)
