3343.30 - Implementation. All manufactured home parks shall be required to obtain a certificate of zoning clearance in accordance with C.C. 3305.01. All development shall comply with the approved certificate of zoning clearance. Any variation shall require a new certificate of zoning clearance. (Ord. 1633-88.)
