4-155-120 Suspension and revocation. In addition to any other penalty provided by law, any license issued under this chapter may be revoked by the Commissioner in accordance with Section 4-4-280, and subject to Section 4-155-130, upon violation by the licensee of any provision of the Act, this Code, any applicable rules promulgated by the Illinois Gaming Board or the Commissioner, or any lawful order issued by the Illinois Gaming Board or the Commissioner.
