9.50.050 - Additional declaration of establishments as non-smoking. Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, any owner, operator, manager or other person who controls any establishment, facility or outdoor area may declare that the entire establishment, facility or outdoor area is a nonsmoking place. Smoking shall be prohibited in any place in which a sign conforming to the requirements of Section 9.50.090 is posted.
