4-4-170 Change of location. If, prior to the expiration of the license period, any person licensed to engage in a business at a particular place seeks to change the location of such place of business, such licensee shall obtain a new license before conducting the business at the new location. The fee for such new license shall be prorated. (Added Coun. J. 5-9-12, p. 27485, § 14)
