SEC. 97.0103. DUTY TO EXAMINE APPLICANTS. (Amended by Ord. No. 179,329, Eff. 12/10/07, Oper. 1/1/08.) It shall be the duty of the Department to examine all applicants for steam engineer’s license, steam engineer’s turbine endorsement, boiler operator, gas and electric hoist operator’s license, and diesel engineer license as provided in this article.
