in effect15.10.020 - Applicability.
The provisions of this chapter apply to any sitings, installations, and collocations in, on, over, or under the public rights-of-way of network nodes, node support poles, micro network nodes, distributed antenna systems, transport facilities, microwave communications, or other wireless facilities, by whatever nomenclature, whether they are installed pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 284, or pursuant to an agreement with the city, or installed as may otherwise be allowed by law.
