§ 38-318. - Swimming or bathing. No person shall swim, bathe or wade in any of the waters of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation, except that which is incidental to water skiing activities, boat launching and boat retrieval; provided that nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit persons wearing watertight wading boots or other watertight clothing from wading in water not exceeding the height of said wading boots or clothing.
