Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. The following plaza name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits Harold Rapkin Plaza None the west side of Paulding Avenue at its intersection with the Esplanade Section 2. The following bridge name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits The Ramblersville-Hawtree Memorial Bridge 102nd Street Lenihan's Bridge between 160th Avenue and 163rd Avenue Section 3. The following plaza name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits Donna and Michele Blanchard Plaza (none) the intersection of 92nd Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway Section 4. The following street name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits Arthur Hayes Way 32nd Avenue between 103rd Street and 104th Street Section 5. The following street name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits Teddy White Place 57th Street between 30th Avenue and 31st Avenue Section 6.
