Las Vegas Municipal Code § 1.24.010 Designated.

1.24.010 - Designated. Whenever in this Code or in any ordinance of the City the doing of any act is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, or whenever in such Code or ordinance the failure to do any act is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or a misdemeanor, if no specific penalty is provided therefor, the violation of any such provision of this Code or any ordinance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or any combination of such fine and imprisonment. Las Vegas Municipal Code § 1.24.020 Separate offenses.

1.24.020 - Separate offenses. Each day any violation of any provision of this Code or of any ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2212 § 1 (part), 1981: Ord. 2172 § 1 (part), 1981: prior code § 1-1-7 (part))
