§129.0641 Issuance of a Grading Permit (a) An approved Grading Permit shall be issued after the prescribed fees have been paid, the required insurance has been guaranteed, and the prescribed bond has been posted. (b) The applicant shall not begin any work, construction, or use on the property that will be authorized by a Grading Permit until the required permit has been issued. (c) A Grading Permit shall not be issued for a development that requires a development permit until the development permit has been issued. (Added 12-9-1997 by O-18451 N.S.; effective 1-1-2000.)
