Sec. 441-415. - Effective date of intersection controls. The effective date of the traffic control for each intersection described in the schedule of intersection traffic controls shall be as designated in such schedule. Subsequent changes through council action shall be effective upon compliance with all requirements of law and of this chapter and completion of installation of proper traffic-control devices, unless a later date is specified by the council ordinance making such change.
