§61.0753 Payment for Purchased Property If any property is being acquired by private purchase, the amounts fixed by the contract of purchase shall be paid to the parties entitled to them upon delivery to the City of a good and sufficient deed conveying to the City the property or the interest in property to be acquired when there is sufficient money from bond sales in the special fund.
