§ 32-176. - Low speed vehicle speed limitations. (a) No person shall operate any low speed vehicle on any street or highway with a posted speed limit greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour. (b) The provisions of Subsection (a) of this section shall not prohibit a low speed vehicle from crossing a street or highway with a posted speed limit greater than thirty-five (35) miles per hour.
