Sec. 34-22. - Polluting bodies of water. It shall be unlawful for any person to defile the waters of the San Antonio River, San Pedro Creek, the Alazan Creek, the Zarzamora Creek, or any lake or any stream, or any other body of water, whether running or not. (Code 1950, § 62-20; Code 1959, § 41-7)
