1145.111 - Civil penalty. Any person who negligently violates, or continues to negligently violate any provision of this chapter shall pay a civil penalty of not more than twenty-five thousand ($25,000.00) dollars for each violation. Each day or portion thereof during which such a violation occurs shall be considered a separate violation. In the case of a monthly or other long term average discharge limit, penalties shall accrue for each day during the period of the violation. (Ord. No. 1327-2012, § 1, 7-23-2012, eff. 10-1-2012)
