§ 106-883.  Expenditure of funds for development, etc.; disposition of products from lands; rules. When lands are acquired or leased under G.S. 106-882, the Department may make expenditures from any funds not otherwise obligated, for the management, development, and utilization of such areas; to sell or otherwise dispose of products from such lands, and to make such rules as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of G.S. 106-882 to G.S. 106-886.
