18.20.110 Effect of noncompliance. The failure of the owner to comply with any condition imposed upon the conversion certificate or any obligation imposed by this chapter shall be grounds for revocation, suspension, or cancellation of any permit or land use entitlement which required prior or contemporaneous issuance of a conversion certificate.
