Sec. 4.106.8. Endorsement of Application for Reimbursement. The department head or, where applicable, the Director of the Office of Administration and Research Services, shall indicate the department head’s or Director’s approval or disapproval of the application by placing thereon the department head’s or Director’s endorsement, in an appropriate manner and shall forward the application to the Purchasing Agent. If the department head or the Director of the Office of Administration and Research Services finds that the employee is not entitled to any reimbursement, the department head or Director shall so notify the employee in writing and such denial shall be final and not subject to review.
