6.16.240 - Garments and dressing rooms. All employees shall wear clean outer garments whose use is restricted to the bathhouse. Such garments shall be opaque and shall cover the entire trunk or torso of the employee. Provision of a separate dressing room for each sex must be available on the premises with individual lockers for each employee. Doors to such dressing rooms shall open inward and shall be self-closing. (Ord. 2285 § 2 (part), 1982: prior code § 5-42-18 (B))
