§ 3-183. - Display period. The display of donated decorative banners or other decorations shall be limited to a maximum period of 45 calendar days, except that for the central business district, display shall be limited to a maximum period of 30 calendar days. For purposes of this section, "central business district" shall mean that portion of the City bounded on the west by the west side of Classen Boulevard, on the north by the north side of Northwest 13th Street, on the east by Interstate Highway 235, and on the south by the south side of Southwest 2nd Street.
