Sec. 29-86. - Residents to allow repairs. It shall be the duty of every resident of a manufactured home park to give the licensee or his responsible agent access to any part of the manufactured home lot at reasonable times for the purpose of making such repairs or alterations as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the failure or refusal of such occupant to permit such access shall constitute a misdemeanor.
